About Our Demo Kitchen
In 2022, IncuBaker® was invited to collaborate with SMRT to create a dynamic space where brands, F&B startups, enterprises, and culinary enthusiasts could come together to explore, discover, and showcase all things food. Over the years, we hosted a wide range of activities—from culinary and nutrition workshops to chef demonstrations, private tastings, product launches, curated networking events, and more.
Since 2024, the space has been home to Masik-K, a Korean restaurant led by Chef Dennis. Known for its hearty Korean soups and stews, Masik-K has flourished and, by December 2025, will move to a larger location to support its growing success.
With this transition, the incubation space will conclude its chapter. However, IncuBaker® remains committed to its mission and continues its journey at our other locations—@ Infinite Studios and @ Jalan Besar.
