About the Event

You'll get to see how these are freshly-cooked and taste them too!
- Ayam Sio A very tasty, mildly spiced and aromatic chicken dish that marries two tantalizing ingredients, tamarind and coriander seeds.
- Chap Chye Appetizing and nutritious, you will have a colourful serving of mixed vegetables all cooked in one pot.
- Kueh Ko Swee A well-loved Peranakan steamed dessert that's chewy and bouncy in texture, and lightly sweetened with gula melaka and a hint of fragrant pandan leaves.
- Fish Otah (only for Friday Dinner session)
All served with steamed rice and less sweet Blue Pea Flower Tea & Manuka Honey (iced or hot)
