About the Event
A Taste of Thailand Menu
You'll get to see how these are freshly-cooked and taste them!
- Green Curry Chicken This is one of the most well known and popular Thai dishes with a flavourful and aromatic gravy cooked with coconut milk and Thai Basil leaves. Best served with steaming hot fragrant rice.
- Mango Salad Packed with a light citrus and sweet taste, you’ll see how easy it is to make this at home. Healthy and low in calories too!
- Red Rubies Dessert Crunchy, silky and creamy, a perfect refreshing dessert to wrap up your meal. Made using water chestnut, lightly sweetened coconut cream cooked with pandan leaves and best enjoyed with crushed ice.
- Steamed Fish Otah (only for Friday Dinner Treat session)
All served with steamed rice and lemon-lime infused drink (iced or warm)
