You’ll be served by Carolina Carriel, a Chilean cook, scientist and tour guide of Chilean food and wine. She has worked in restaurants, and in the food industry for more than 10 years. She has travelled the world grilling with her book "Todo a la Parrilla". She is currently based in Malaysia and Singapore leading the R&D for a foodtech start-up The Live Green Co Group.
