Can I bring my own equipment?

Yes, you can. But please check with us beforehand especially if your equipment is physically large or is commercial in nature (i.e. requires a separate exhaust or greater power i.e. 16A or 32A).  Please also be informed that we only provide induction stoves.


Can I store my equipment at IncuBaker?

Yes, we do allow storing of equipment on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for storage rates. Note that while every effort has been taken to ensure security, IncuBaker will not be liable for any damage howsoever caused while the equipment is left at our premises.


What if I break or damage equipment?
Users are responsible for managing and using the equipment and utensils with care. Should equipment be damaged during the course of use, the cost of repair will be levied on the person who made the booking.

Is there insurance against accidents while I am using your facilities?

Subject to certain exclusions (e.g. horseplay, contributory negligence, etc), all users of the premises are covered by our insurance policy.




Can I put IncuBaker’s address in my products and sell them at food fairs

and other sales avenues?
Not without our written consent.  Note also that you and your production staff MUST have valid NEA Basic Food Hygiene Handler certification which must be present with you at all times when you are using our premises (hard or soft copies are acceptable).  We will require you to send us a soft copy of the certificate for our records as well.  You will be registered as a Food Handler at our premises. There are also product liability insurance issues that must be confirmed before your sale.  Please contact us directly.


Can I sell my items to businesses?
No, as our studio is not licensed by the AVA.  But speak to us if you need to.


Is the studio halal-certified?
No.  However, we can arrange for a one-off cleansing and certification by MUIS.  This is currently charged at $800 plus GST and is paid directly to MUIS.


Does the studio have a First Aid Kit?

Yes.  An AED is also available at the building's security desk, 20 meters away.


What is your maximum capacity?
For safety reasons, the maximum number of people cooking and baking at one time is 48.  Up to another 20 more can be accommodated at the lounge and cafe area. 


Can I dine-in after using the studio?
Yes, you can dine in, but note that the dining duration is to be included within the booking time.


Do you have a projection and AV system?  

Yes, we do.  Please bring along your own laptop, HDMI, and audio output/input cables (2m long will suffice).


Do I have to clean up after myself?  
A good cook is also a tidy cook.  A reasonable amount of items used will be washed up by us.  Users are to ensure that there are no stains, food crumbs or other food debris left on the workstation and floor.  


Bookings that start/end after 1700hrs on weekdays and all day weekends/Public Holidays do not come with a cleaning service unless arranged prior (at additional charge).


Can I engage a caterer for my events?  
Yes, you can.  However, only simple cordial drinks from your caterer are allowed.  There will be corkage charged for other types of drinks brought in.  Set-up and tear-down time is also to be done within your booking duration.


Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available at the Infinite Studios MSCP. The rate as of 1 Oct 19 is $1.05/hr, every day.



Can I visit the studio?

Most definitely! However, this is strictly by appointment only.  Kindly contact us directly for viewing prior to your event.


What if I want to extend the hours?
Extension of hours is subject to availability. Should you wish to extend, please call us immediately at 96956599/93821402.

Can I come in earlier to prepare?

The duration of your booking includes preparation (any cutting or chopping of ingredients, etc.) and consumption of the food.  We do allow a grace period of 10-15 minutes before the start of your booking for simple preparation such as setting up the workstation, placing ingredients on the table, and getting ready for baking/cooking. 


Once you have booked your session, please approach us for a FREE induction session prior to your booking to familiarise yourself with the layout and how to operate our equipment.  This will help ensure that your subsequent use goes smoothly.  Note that if you do not take up this induction session, we may impose additional charges for our trainer to be around during your booking.


Can I order things and have them delivered to the studio (E.g. from LAZADA)?
Yes, you can. However, IncuBaker will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to items delivered.  IncuBaker will only sign-off on the delivery but will not be responsible for checking the quality of goods received.

Yes, we do!  Please email us or ring us on 9695 6599 and we will work something out together!
